The Bench Chemists
Three PhDs and five MSc chemists who've spent a combined 80+ years optimizing reactions that "don't scale." One did their doctorate at IIT Bombay on heterocyclic synthesis. Another spent a decade in agrochemicals before deciding complex intermediates were more interesting. They can debate reaction mechanisms over chai for hours — and frequently do.
The Scale-Up Crew
Led by veterans who've commissioned plants in three countries. Our production lead ran a specialty chemicals facility before 35 and has an uncanny ability to predict equipment failures before they happen. The team treats every batch like it's going to a regulated market — because it usually is.
The Analytical Team
Obsessive about purity. Two have worked in pharma QC, one came from flavor & fragrance. They've developed custom HPLC methods for molecules that don't behave. One claims they can identify certain impurities by smell (we haven't tested this scientifically, but they're usually right).
Technical program under guidance of Professor Emeritus with collaboration with leading universities.
